Privacy Choices

NEX gives you control over your personal and workout data. This page summarizes the choices available to you. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Request access to your data

You can request a copy of the personal data NEX holds about you. Email support@thenex.fit from the email address linked to your account.

Request data deletion

You can delete your account and workout data directly in the app where available, or visit our Delete Account page. You can also email support@thenex.fit and we will process your request.

Request a correction

If any of your personal information is inaccurate, email support@thenex.fit and we will update it.

Request a data export

You can request an export of your workout history and account data by emailing support@thenex.fit. Export functionality may also be available directly in the app.

Manage Apple Health permissions

HealthKit access is optional. To review or change what NEX can read or write, open iOS Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › NEX. You can revoke any permission at any time.
