Delete your account

You can permanently delete your NEX account and the workout data associated with it at any time.

OPTION 1

Delete in the iOS app

Open NEX on your iPhone, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, and confirm. This option is available when you are signed in.

OPTION 2

Email support

Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to support@thenex.fit with the subject line "Delete my account". We'll confirm and process the request, typically within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Deletion removes your account credentials and your workout data — workouts, exercises, sets, personal records, and notes you logged in NEX.

We may retain a limited amount of information when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or backup-rotation reasons. Retained data is access-restricted and is removed once the retention purpose ends.
